When you or your loved one rely on the care provided by A First Name Basis, timeliness is important to you. We understand the importance of punctuality, so we oversee our caregivers’ visits with our Real Time Caregiver Monitoring System.
The Caregiver Monitoring System allows us to log and notate the shifts our caregivers have scheduled and record their attendance in real time. If a caregiver does not arrive at their scheduled home promptly, A First Name Basis is notified. We immediately and continuously reach out to the caregiver until it is verified that he or she has arrived at the scheduled home safely.
Real Time Caregiver Monitoring provides A First Name Basis Home Care with countless benefits, including reducing manual documentation and minimizing potential human error. Most importantly, it improves communication between our caregivers and our offices, so that we can provide better in-home care for you and your loved ones.
