A First Name Basis Home Care only employs the most passionate, dedicated, and qualified Caregivers to look after our senior clients. Each of our caregivers has been carefully selected after completing and passing our 21-point screening process. Once our caretakers become part of the team, we provide them with extensive training to ensure that they are well-prepared to provide the best in-home care for you or your loved one.
When you or your loved one rely on the care provided by A First Name Basis, timeliness is important to you. We understand the importance of punctuality, so we oversee our caregivers’ visits with our Real Time Caregiver Monitoring System.
The Caregiver Monitoring System allows us to log and notate the shifts our caregivers have scheduled and record their attendance in real time. If a caregiver does not arrive at their scheduled home promptly, A First Name Basis is notified. We immediately and continuously reach out to the caregiver until it is verified that he or she has arrived at the scheduled home safely.
